Join us for a 2-week Series by Ustadh Saad Omar on Heroes in the Face of Tyranny with a special focus on Musa (A), Omar (R), and Malcom X!

This series for young working professionals (Ages 21+) will examine Heroes from Islamic History who resisted the tyranny surrounding them and succeeded in transforming their society for the better! Come and learn not just their stories, but how you can do the same in our own uncertain times!

Doors open at 7:00.  Event starts at 7:30.

One ticket covers all 2 weeks and are available at the door.  Donations are greatly appricated and help us fund future events! 

About Ustadh Saad Omar

Saad Omar graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in English and a masters in nonprofit management. He has studied Islam and Arabic in Mecca, Jordan, Turkey and across the United States and lectured widely across United States, Canada and Europe. He is a published songwriter and poet, teacher and entrepreneur. He is currently working on building a living community, nonprofit cafe and business incubator in Sterling, VA.
